Within the GIC, business education trainings, seminars and workshops are conducted for a deep awareness and understanding by integrating two or more groups in the areas of socio-economic dynamics, ethnicities, and cultures. The GIC applies cognitive exploration models when solving a problem in the workplace. This is conducted by blending individuals with different perspective and viewpoints, experiences and cultural backgrounds within a group or team. Once this is acknowledged, our center will be able to help businesses identify talent and then make the corrections to remove systemic racism and bias.
The Global Intercultural Communication Center is located inside the Hollows in the Polo Club. It is 15 minutes away from the beautiful Delray Beach on the Atlantic Ocean and only 45 minutes from Miami.

Truth – Believing that the truth brings freedom. The ICC stands for in-depth truth, gaining a greater understanding of the current times through intercultural mediation. Standing firm to strong principals through diplomatic discourse.
Integrity – Knowing the differences between morality, principals and integrity is slowly fading from the subconscious and needs to be seen through communicative behavior. Doing the right thing is no longer applicable due to the present leftist culture and the breaking of covenants.
Justice – We believe in justice for all no matter the race, religion, socioeconomic status etc. Upholding the cause through proper channels of communication between government and people will strengthen racial diversity and co-operation from all communities.

At the ICC we show businesses how navigate life’s maze and stop going in circles and steer them on a path with a purpose, this is through the application of intercultural communication.
The ICC helps professionals create a new cultural construct to effectively identify systemic racism.
Once this is identified and acknowledged, the ICC works with the businesses to make the corrections to remove systemic racism.
The labyrinth is an ancient symbol that reveals wholeness; presented as a maze of paths with complex irregular branching, finding it difficult to find one’s way. With choices of paths, it eventually leads to the center. The labyrinth represents a spiritual journey to the center and back into the world again.
The “Corporate Tea ”
The Tea culture plays a major role in the way people connect. The ICC sets out to create a unique teas experience, unlike the usual of grabbing of a cup of hot water and dipping a tea bag, as is done in North America. The ICC holds seminars for businesses to show the importance the role tea plays in the business culture. Tea has a long-term impact for global business relationships.
There are very few cultures that don’t connect with tea. Tea has both social and ritual significance in both Eastern & Western cultures and connects people at a personal level even in business if presented strategically with the right aesthetics will result in successful business talks in Asia.
